9.1 Age Requirement

Clippable is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may only use Clippable with verifiable consent and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Clippable does not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts or use the platform under any circumstances.

9.2 COPPA Compliance

Clippable complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and its implementing regulations. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our records and terminate the associated account.

9.3 Age Verification

During account registration, users are required to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement. Clippable relies on this self-reported confirmation as a reasonable age verification mechanism. Where there is reason to believe a user may not meet the minimum age requirement, Clippable may require additional verification before permitting access to the platform.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are at least 13 years of age and have obtained verifiable parental consent.

9.4 No Directed Advertising to Minors

Clippable does not knowingly serve advertisements to, or direct marketing communications at, individuals under 18. Brands using Clippable's platform to run campaigns are prohibited under our Terms of Service from targeting campaign content specifically at minors.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to Clippable without your consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will:

  • Promptly review your request and verify the circumstances

9.6 Platform Content and Creator Eligibility

Clippable's campaign system involves financial transactions, including performance-based payouts to creators. Because of this, all creators must be of legal age to enter into contracts in their jurisdiction (typically 18). Creator accounts for individuals under 18 may only be maintained with a parent or guardian serving as the account holder of record and accepting responsibility for all platform activity and associated financial transactions.
