Clippable

Accessibility

Updated August 5, 2026

Our commitment

Clippable is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing product requirement, not a one-time certification. We test public pages and key product flows with automated tools and manual keyboard checks, and we fix barriers as we find them.

Accessibility features

  • Keyboard access and visible focus for primary navigation and controls
  • Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and status announcements
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and non-color chart distinctions
  • Support for browser zoom, text scaling, and narrow-screen reflow
  • Reduced-motion support for decorative animation
  • Accessibility preferences for chat text and color differentiation

Known limitations

We are still auditing complex creative editors, AI-generated media, third-party embeds, and some older product surfaces. Generated images, videos, and imported customer files may not include complete captions, transcripts, or descriptions unless they are provided or added during review.

If a feature is not usable with your assistive technology, contact us. We will work with you to provide the information or complete the task through an accessible alternative where reasonably possible.

Report a barrier or request help

Email [email protected] with “Accessibility request” in the subject. Please include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use if you are comfortable sharing it.

You can also use our support page. Accessibility requests do not require you to disclose a disability.

Assessment approach

We use a combination of automated WCAG checks, keyboard-only testing, responsive and zoom testing, and assistive-technology review of critical flows. Automated scans cannot establish full conformance, so we do not claim that this statement is a certification or guarantee.
